In January 2008 I will deliver this proposal in the car city-Detroit. The reason why I do this is that I am full of love and anticipation for this world. I am waiting for how the proposal will be responded. Those who were once respected as leaders departed their lives one after another, gradually losing their trails and fading into nothingness. In a relatively long period of time, we seem to have become accustomed to the silent scenes and even lost our heartfelt trust and reverence to others. And I have been holding a dream for long to be given a chance to deliver a heartily speech facing all living human beings. Given one reason, I would like to arouse sweet smiles as dazzling as flowers. This is the rare communication between one pure and simple heart and thousands of other pure and simple hearts alike. I will feel happy for this thereafter.
In the past I was depressed and disappointed, hence I had kept an arm's distance with this society.
This is a splendid age displaying a vigorous stage. People come to this realm of freedom energetically after being freed from various confines gradually, showing great potentials accumulated for a long time, releasing enormous physical and mental desire like cornered beasts. All these form torrential tides. World-shaking and overwhelming, it cleans out the so-called good old days. The endless river flows eastwardly, with its huge waves washing away all those gallant heroes of bygone years.
History has been renewed and overturned thoroughly and constantly in a twinkling of an eye. New regulations are prevailing and new concepts are spreading. New people are striding through the world. The world takes on changes in a second! Only paranoia can survive. Only promoting continuously can enable you to survive. The time overt rules are quickly evolving, covert rules are evolving even more quickly. Faint! How we can survive after all?
The green hillocks, murmuring streams, towering mountains and chord-touching brooks and bays have all worn out, being deprived of the old outlooks. The stars are the same. The four seasons as well as the sun and moon alternately take on different looks, watching all these happening ambiguously.
With the passing by of long peaceful times, the monument was deserted in the end. People no longer long for the advent of angels. The cup is on the fringe of flowing over while we are indifferent to it. Wasting things recklessly is nothing important; numerous amounts of machines are producing wealth and providing enjoyment at the speed of thousands of circles per minute. The seldom-operated small machines offer all data about the world. That gadget makes the most fantastic tale extremely easy to obtain. There is not enough time for us to be radiant with joy. People have turned out to be a rapidly spinning top under the control of various machines of production and management. Study, study, and study even harder; work, work, and work overtime. All these are proceeding unalterably under the baton of money. All these are operated rationally under the command of so-called natural science and humane studies. All these are going even further under the banner of humanism.
What we are feeling is an intelligence course with tragedy and comedy alternating therein. More Food, less delicacy. More affection, less love. More clothes, less warmth. More money, less treasure. More handsome men, fewer beautiful ladies. Bigger house, fewer neighbors. More parties, less friendship. The famous Law of Moore seems to be applicable to this funny undulating phenomenon. Why things develop like this? The closer the wealth is, the farther the happiness is to us. My God, what is this Law then?
If it is not the call from the omnipotent God, then what is this?
Sky is the same, and rain is the same. But you are no longer under my umbrella.
Marked with making tools, people make themselves not like people with man-made tools. People gradually lose themselves in the sea of great wealth while using a huge amount of tools. It is indefinitely excellent in anticipation, whereas everything fades into nothingness after waking up. How can we refrain from singing while crying?
The sentence " IT TAKES YOU THERE AND BRINGS YOU BACK " has certain poetic sentiment in the first place, but now it can no longer bring you back due to the fact that the tail exhaust is prevailing all over the world. This wasteful gas is extremely awful, and the ozone layer functioning as the protective screen of the earth is also damaged by it. In this beautiful new world, almost everything can be replaced with the machines making circular motions, including sex. It is convenient and quick, but it is short of perfection with its oil fume and peculiar smell. It is easy to notice that all machines generate oil fume during the process of their formation and usage. Almost all products are born in smog. There is 30 billion tons of smog each year.
The trouble also lies in that the oil is running short. There is a declaration, which I doubt its truth and accuracy and I wonder whether it is overstated or too conservative. It is like this-if India and China consumed oil like North America, even four times of earth resources would have been far from enough. However, in the democratic world today, whoever can prevent the several awakened countries with an ancient civilization from enjoying the modern life in the same manner as the princess-like North Americans who are as proud as the God?
Perhaps we are still far away from the decaying days. Perhaps the dominoes will not go down. But who can tell the legendary drowning will never come again? Being faced with nature, the man-created science and technology are so fragile and insignificant. The conceited contemptuous attitude is so naive. Seen from the big universe in another light, the several things running up to moon and universe are just massive fireworks at most. The so-called economic boom and times of peace and prosperity are just like tides at the corner of the long river, a bunch of flowers among four seasons, or a small kiss to the child from the heaven. Hey, how these holes-digging and grains-saving ants face the sudden cracked levee?
"May Flower" can no longer bear so much distress. Even a tiny reef that can only accommodate a small white bear has been marked distinctively on the map. No new continents are left for us to discover. Even if the space technology has advanced to a level that can launch the super tanker-Queen MARY 2 to the sky, the second human-friendly planet has not found yet.
Who can tell me how things turn out to be like this? Who can tell me when we can come to the turning point so as to get rid of the paradox?
Two important events took place simultaneously in 1776. One is that genius Adam Smith announced "Wealth of Nations", i.e. "Theory into the Nature and Causes of the Wealth of Nations"; the other is that outstanding Jefferson issued the Declaration of Independence.
The former is made public with his extraordinary discovery. The instinctive self-interested economic behavior was adjusted to the subconscious outcome of altruistic social wealth and the objective force promoting the social development. This invisible hand makes everything easy like magic. The king may enjoy long vacation. The government can carry out Taoist concept like ancient sages and no longer fancy itself clever like quacks.
The latter makes known an even greater truth that people are born equal. People are entitled to the equal rights of pursuing freedom and irreplaceable happiness. It is declared that the modern advanced political system represented by America is established on this holy concept.
The two are supplementary and contribute to the advent of the greatest era in human history. As the story goes-it has been proved that every country will be renowned for its prosperous economy and progressive society as long as it has carried out the economic theory of "Wealth of Nations" and implemented the political creed of Jefferson's "Declaration of Independence", and vice versa. No wonder the time British Prime Minister interviewed Smith, he announced himself to be a primary school student in an extremely respectful manner and invited Smith to be seated first. No wonder there were authoritative scholars in the last century who asserted that in at least 300 years in the future, nobody would overthrow "Wealth of Nations" of Adam Smith's in the way Einstein overthrew Newtonian mechanics.
However, I have found out a truth that a single hand cannot survive.
There is another invisible hand making balances spiritually of human wealth. It has adjusted all non-labor wealth to negative mental wealth. It sets all predatory, deceivable and irrational wealth as non-labor wealth and the counterforce of human virtual evolution. It either gains or loses. The original selfish desire tends to give priority to sense perception. The strong demonstrative effect of entitative wealth promotes the social developments, but at the same time it stimulates the irrational expansion of human lusts frequently. Free environment results in flooding of bargains. Every people are businessmen, and everything are goods. In such a lusts-based society, interests groups overflow. Loyalties are divided in the society. Mass identification of happiness no longer exists. Nonrepresentational ethical influences become absolute weak without resonance and sympathy. Human expediency and lusts go beyond limits and are pursued willfully in the light of day. All these shape up the country full of non-labor wealth. The pursuit of pure love and the holy social ideals have all gone as well as the traditional moralities like kindness, perseverance, purity, selflessness, faith and tolerance. Where is the cup-buyer who voluntarily comes back to raise the price? Where are the men of honor who regard money as dirt? Where are those moving and persevering loyal love?
In addition, I find that the invisible hand balances the human wealth in a pure way. It defines all wealth gained through spoiling natural resources as dirty wealth and then discharges those all. Therefore, people who are living an extravagant life on the dirty wealth will pay the price of living an unhealthy life.
I also discover that another hand is operating in an even further range, making balances among species. The non-food-chain-based biological actions of threatening other species and destroying the survivals of other animals are called counter-replacement balance. The extinction of dinosaur that was once the king of animals is a good example. Human should be modest and prudent. I hear many faint voices crying everywhere: Please save me. Please regard us as the living things placed under your protection by God.
This is a pair of truly holy hands. Due to this pair of hands, the power of animals and natural evolution is omnipresent. In an even wider scope of time and space, the power of impartiality and justice is omnipresent all through.
Many people think they are reflecting meticulously, but in fact they are just making rearrangements of their own bias. It is due to the fact that people tend to ignore certain decisive factors beyond their cognitive abilities.
Now we should realize that there lacks a third base called morality among the man-constructed platforms of social development. We are risking our lives in the slanting tower. No wonder we can always sense the imbalance in life for there is always a tendency of falling to one side about everything. The sense of being overwhelmed with troubles is like a shadow following us all the time.
What is called pain, trauma, happiness and blessing, are all originated from ourselves. We should search for our natural origin in an even wider scope of space and time. We need an open mind, deeper than ocean and higher than sky. We also need superior wisdom to overcome and keep distance from all difficulties.
It is simple in fact. We need do nothing. The loftier realm of wisdom lies in holy moral field.
Let us come together, let us gather together, and let us have a rest. Let us imagine and conceive a festival, a festival belonging to all human beings, but not limited to human beings. Rather than a festival, it is a human paradise we have expected for a long time. That is a unique spectacle with hundreds of flowers blossoming and hundreds of birds singing. That is a universal wonder with worldwide jubilation. God will show his rare holy brilliance at that definite moment. Only at that time will we know what carnival is.
Only there can lions lie together with lambs peacefully.

We will celebrate this great festival in the last three days of every quarter of a year all over the world.
1. All human beings are on holiday for this carnival.
2. All vehicles (except ambulances and fire engines) are forbidden.
3. All business transactions are forbidden.
4. All releases of business advertisements are forbidden.
5. All non-essential machines should not be in use.
6. Holding large-scale nature-focused festivals and sacrifices. All interests-orientated discharge and conductions that destroy the earth's surface and layers are forbidden.
7. Holding animals' festivals with originality and setting free captive animals all over the world. Slaughter of animals is forbidden.
8. Fast.
9. All wars and conflicts are forbidden and people should be friendly to each other.
10. All crimes, hostility, violation, violence and unfriendly actions of non-violence are forbidden.
11. Treating all prisoners in custody friendly.
12. Opening all social resources for free including network, telecommunications, parks, theatres and other public and non-public recreational venues.
13. Holding all kinds of arts festivals and recreational activities.

Dear fellowmen, let's face what has happened and what will happen with a humble heart and tolerate the vicissitudes of life. We should appreciate the connotation of autogenic order beyond our rational realization, which can guide our social development and survival with its fourth space dimension, and which can also determine and regulate individual human being's life course in this imperceptible dimension. Only when all lives live together can they be eternal. When the gentle prompts from the nature become omnipresent around us, there is only one irreplaceable word in our heart, and that word is love. Love this world; love all things in the world. Love is the secret to the sun rising with smiles. Love is the key to the splendid world. Love is the common genetic information of endless lives. If one day we are really exhausted and bewildered in confusion and need to reevaluate the deeper essence of life, let's relax simply. In the name of the God, let us fill our hearts with love.
